Terms and conditions of use
These terms and conditions of use govern the rights and obligations of the user in respect of the use of the software and the Mobdro service, whether online or on mobile devices. It is recommended that you read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, we would ask you to refrain from using this service. You shall be responsible for your Internet connection and account, without which the service provided by Mobdro may not be used. The cost of this type of connection is subject to the agreement entered into between you and your Internet service provider. Mobdro has no bearing whatsoever on this relationship. You must be of age in your country of origin to become a Mobdro user. If you are not of age, you may not use our services. If you are a minor, you must have your parents' or legal guardians' authorisation to install the application and access its contents. They must undertake to supervise the content to which minors under their care have access.
About Mobdro
Mobdro is an application for Android devices that enables users to crawl the web for free streams, arrange them by category and capture them in order to watch them. Mobdro has no control whatsoever nor may it be held liable for the content or location of the streams, which shall be the sole responsibility of the pages on which they are hosted. Furthermore, Mobdro may not be held liable for any failures in the display of content, Internet connections, viruses, etc. that may pose a threat to your device.
Authorized users
The services accessible from Mobdro may be used by all persons who are of age in their country of origin, or minors with parental authorisation and supervision. Users do not have to register. Their personal data shall therefore not be collected. Users shall be solely responsible for the use made of their devices, including the need to take all necessary precautions to protect them from viruses, Trojans and other security threats. Users undertake not to commit any acts or withhold information that may be unlawful in the country from which they access the service.
Licence of use
Mobdro provides users with a non-exclusive license of use free of charge for its application for a limited time only and is unable to guarantee continuity. The application has been built using open source software and libraries. All related information can be found at "about". This licence shall become valid at the time you install the application on your device and you have accepted these terms and conditions. The use of the services shall come to an end when users uninstall the application. Mobdro may at any time suspend all or part of the services provided without the need to notify users. In such an event, users shall not be entitled to claim for compensation.
Intellectual property
By using our services, you may access contents that do not belong to Mobdro. Any such content is the exclusive responsibility of the party that makes it available to users. Mobdro may therefore not guarantee that such content is not in breach of third party rights. As a consequence, Mobdro may not be held responsible for the content or the potential breach of third party rights. The use of our services does not grant any rights of ownership over their intellectual property or that of the content accessed. These terms and conditions do not grant the right to use trademarks or logos that appear on our service, whether held by Mobdro or third parties. As a search tool, Mobdro dynamically indexes the contents of streams used on the web at any given time. The indexed contents may only be controlled at source by the party that uploads them onto the web. Should the holder of a copyright consider that her/his right have been breached, she/he must address the source to request its withdrawal..

In return for some of the features, you may choose to be a peer on the Luminati network. By doing so you agree to have read and accepted the terms of service of the Luminati SDK EULA You may opt out of the network from settings
Modifications
Mobdro reserves the right to unilaterally modify its service and these terms and conditions without the need to notify the users of such.
Disclaimer
The users acknowledge that the use of this service is made at their own discretion and risk, thus holding Mobdro harmless of all liability. Mobdro neither holds nor is responsible for the content to which the user has access through this service. Mobdro likewise has no responsibility whatsoever for the quality, availability or performance of the services, or for the lawfulness of their use. Mobdro is unable to guarantee that the services are up to date, free of defects, errors, bugs, viruses, or that such defects shall be fixed. Mobdro is unable to guarantee the continued, uninterrupted access to content or the availability of its services. Mobdro is unable to guarantee that third party content is accurate, complete or that it does not breach the rights of third parties. It likewise assumes no liability whatsoever for any product, application or service advertised or offered by third parties.
